What To Consider Before Installing Heated Floors?

This is especially important in a tall or big room with a large amount of open airspace overhead. That high ceiling may look beautiful, but heating all that air can waste a lot of energy that could be used more efficiently. By heating the lower half of the room more, and the top half less, the heat is put where you want it —and with less of it showing up on your monthly bills.(Source)

Tile and stone floors are beautiful, yet when the weather is cold outside, cool tile or stone on bare feet isn’t an ideal feeling first thing in the morning.

Step 4: INSTALLING ABOVE THE SUBFLOOR.
Step 5: DRILL THE HOLES FOR TUBING.
    Step 6: THREAD THE TUBING.
Step 7: FASTEN THE DISSIPATION PLATES.

Installing a Floor Heating Kit

At Tile Pro Depot, we recommend using a Laticrete floor warming kit. Your floor warming kit can be comprised of Laticrete Strata Heat Wire or a Laticrete Floor Warming Mat and accompanied by one of the Laticrete thermostats we carry as well.
